Quick takes to your trades:

The Toronto trade needs some work. I would suggest taking Sparks out and adding Minnesota 2019 1st as a swap. Spurgeon is signed for longest term and Toronto would be interested considering Gardiner will be expensive next summer.

I would then add that Toronto pick with Gardiner and that should be right on value for Faulk.

You would need to add Zucker but you would be able to keep the other Minnesota 1st if you take a slight cap dump.
