There’s no way we’d get a 1st for Okposo
At this point, we might have to ADD to get someone to take his contract

Play him with Eichel this season & he will bounce back and be tradable
But right now...
i don’t see him having much value at all

Ummm, why would you trade Nylander.... I know that he has been "disappointing" to many but we have to give him a chance. He is only 20, most forwards don't start their career until 21 or 22. If we trade him to a team that will be patient with him (which Buffalo will anyways), he will regain his confidence and energy and will be a dominate NHL player.

if maroon gets a 2nd then okpo can get a 1st. kane was weird situation because of attitude and history where as okpo is seen as positive and well liked. tho it would most likely be a trade deadline deal to give team playoff push.

i am actually not for trading nylander but i made this list of under performers and what i can see their value as. Gadjovich was a good 2nd round pick and a 3rd added to that makes it fair i think.

Not a chance in hell

No one is trading a 1st for that contract
Trying to compare that with a rental deal is apples & oranges
Okposo’s contract devalues him A LOT

If Botts could’ve gotten a 1st for him...
tell me...
what hasn’t he already made that trade?
