I like where your head is at, I think Arizona needs to start being something other than a team that takes on everyones bad contracts. That being said, Duchene isn't a game changer, he's a good 2C. Karlsson is great but he's going to 29 next season and is going to be signing an 8 year contract that'll pay for all the years he was the best defencemen in the game. Soon he'll be a good defenceman with a terrible contract. I'd stay away from that.

The game changers were Bob and Karlsson, just so everyone knows! haha.

I think that Columbus would thank Bob for his year's of service and hand him a plane ticket to the desert.
Columbus might even buy him a new set of golf clubs as a parting gift.

Raanta would be in the vezina conversation if he can reproduce his performance from last season without getting injured this coming season, no reason to trade for Bob. Not to mention coyotes can't afford Karlsson for the near future. I would rather keep Strome, Chychrun, and Perlini for budget reasons.

two firsts, two seconds, and kuemper for one year of bob??

He is a great goalie with not an outrageous salary but that is a ton, especially if your other trades give away the other picks(but the odds they resign isn't certain so might still have those) it would leave you with no picks the first two rounds for three years.
