First of all, ARI is gonna offer the moon to Matthews in FA when TOR doesn't sign him. Second, only reason ARI gets away without trading a 1st is because Perlini is in it. Steenbergen is a solid prospect and once AM leaves then Steenbergen/Lindholm is a nice 3/4C combo after JT and Kadri. Also, Perlini should develop nicely with their young forward core

For 2019/2020 Season my ARI simulation is showing me 20 M Cap space to sign 6 players. I highly doubt they will be able to fetch anything that you are wishing here..... ( #11 M + 8 M )

Nylander doesn't like his pay in the NHL he can play in the SHL for 1m or maybe even the KHL. Either way hes under the Leafs NHL control for 5 years.

A middle 6 guy, a decent prospect, 2nd and 3rd won't get you Nylander alone, maybe Hyman, but not Nylander. Sorry
