Just wanted to re create it

Few things:
- he said he was going for higher aav then he expects for the big 3, but I think he went too low on the depth contracts
- in his model he only had 1 scratch, I added the two cheapest possible scrathes we could have at the bottom
- he thinks the cap will be 84 mil which is a little ambitious
- his article didn't show term, I just assumed the term he'd be giving based on the aav
- 5.5 for Gardiner is also ambitious

Agreed, I'd love to believe with all these international games, the vegas fan base continuing to grow, and all the hype around the leafs that it would go up to 84, but it's wishful thinking. Realistically between 82-83 is my bet

I think it's about right, from 75 to 79.5 this year.

It's close to being right I believe.

the cap will get a major uptick in 20-21 or 21-22 or whatever when the US tv contract gets redone or there about. I'm sure they are already working on it. So I'm sure they have numbers in mind and a slow raise of the cap is better than an instant one. You have to keep that in mind.

the reason for that much of an increase was because of the new revenue generated by Vegas. Now that they can track it the cap won't go up by as much. a 4-5% increase is generally what has happened in years past
