Sakic is a very persuasive man! And I think being able to play with fellow Swede in Landeskog would be attractive. I'm sure he'd take the "discount" haha.

1. Not enough money
and 2. why is Colorado giving up so much?
3 really good and young prospects and on top of that a first? man the value for Nylander is nuts. Might aswell just trade him for McDavid and a couple 1st.

Desperate times the Avs are sort of in. Might be "overkill" however if signing him for 6.25M was actually realistic, then I'd say not a bad bargain for the long term.
