    Correct, with the amount of interest Duchene will get around the league, it will take some combo of Couturier, Sanheim, and Konecny. I don't think PHI is a great trade partner here.

    Fully agree. Like I said in the description, I don't think that this would happen; I was more of looking to see if it would work financially.

    Yes/no. The Avs are the team who is coached by someone who thinks +/- is a really good stat and MacDonald did lead the Flyers in +/- this past season. Plus they're getting a 1st (18th overall) and two young players. I don't think the trade proposal is enough for Duchene, though; and the idea here was to see if a trade by Philly for his was possible financially.
