Description
Oilers management can’t be trusted. They made their bed.

Make these the lines and leave’m FFS. Accountability under Hitchcock my ass. Rieder and Kassian can keep up with McDavid, have experience, and are good defensively. Tired of seeing weak back checks by the 1st line wingers, including Draisaitl. Haven’t tried Nuge with Drai yet. Maybe Ryan can light a fire under Leon. Rattie is a better option then Yamamoto right now. Lucic can’t handle a damned pass, check away Milan. Puljujärvi should be in Bakersfield playing 20+ minutes a game. Petrovic is new and old enough that he may give Nurse **** for leaving him out to dry, and puck watching.

No more developing in the NHL!

Remember that time the oilers had the most talented hockey player in the last 25 years and deprived us from enjoying his full potential by forcing him to play with 4th line wingers and AHL wingers? I do... At least Crosby got 3rd line wingers.

I watched the Battle of Alberta game, Puljujarvvi looked really good but it was crazy the train wreck lines Hitchcock had him on. His lines in general were pretty bad, definitely didn't seem like they were made to maximize offensive output.

Potential is there for sure. I think playing on the top line in Bakersfield for the rest of the season would do Puljujärvi well. The Condors have a shot at the Calder this year, or at least a deep play off run. Consistent ice time and line mates, plus some post season, I don’t see how that could be bad for a young player.
