James Neal won't take a 3 year deal. Even though he's 30, there'll be a team willing to give him much longer term.

I like the fact you resigned Chara, but I think he gets more money. Grzelcyk is more like 1.5M for 3 years, he hasn't earned 2.5M yet especially if you have him as the #7 defensemen so that seems very far off. Your lines are pretty good, but I don't like Miller and McQuaid together or Beleskey playing over any other skater. The rest is pretty solid.
