Description

EDM now runs a roster with the best Center and Defenseman in the league, Ottawa gets two blue chip prospect/players. Ottawa preferably wins the draft lottery at least finishes with a top 5 to snag a blue chip D prospect that can enter the line up right away. Sens walk away from Ceci. Buyout Burrows and bury Pyatt. Introduce any of Paul, Brown, Chaplik, Perron, Gagne, Batherson, or Formenton into the bottom 3 throughout the year.

That D is horrific; unless Chabot suddenly gets over his defensive lapses, that will be a rough blueline. Plus there's no way they just walk away from Ceci; if he isn't a part of their long term plans, they'd trade him for what they can. He still holds a decent amount of value.
