Initial Creation Date: Dec. 28, 2017
Published: Dec. 28, 2017
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
assuming 83.75m, could be higher depending escrow, and looming lockout will likely = yes. LW scoring could be an issue, and not stoked about the future 3/4C spot (if Nylander cant transition)-but for 1 year, lets give it a go

The Islanders do not want Matt Martin back. Please stop trying to drop him off on us.

Not sure how the Leafs acquire DeHann. He's a UFA, this year and the Leafs still have Gardiner. LHD might just be fine with Reilly, Borgman, Dermot and Rosen anyway. Might need some cap room the following year if some of the guys coming off ELCs and RFAs are good and need more money.

The cap will likely be between 78-82 million, so you're overshooting a tad there.
