To me it seems be a deal for "next year" by the Pens. Obviously Perron was gone at the end of the year by the Pens. The Pens get to retain Hagelin for 3 + years. The question is Hags a 4 m dollar player a good deal or could the Pens spend the expiring Perron money better.
Think it is a good move by Ducks....Ritchie probably moves into LW next year and they save money to spend elsewhere.
