Dubisnky's contract is cancer and has a NMC. You would have to pay to get out of it, not get the better player in return.

The sketchy part is that declining centre a third liner at best, on a 5.8m long term contract is not getting any return for the CBJ. Retain half, maybe he gets traded, with little in return.
