they'll still have plenty of space even with Provorov and Simmonds extensions since they wouldn't kick in until the next season but I get what you mean.
Right, I just meant because they do anything drastic this off-season, it'll impact their abilities to retain people in the following few off-seasons. Provorov, Konecny, Sanheim, Weal, Raffl and Simmonds are up after 18-19. Weal and Raffl probably won't matter at that point, but Sanheim will probably just get a tender, Provy and TK will get decent deals and the jury is still out on what will happen with Simmonds.

Unfortunately I think your probably right. If Frost makes team, I would like to see him on the second line with Voracek and Patrick to maximum his potential. I would change around the D line pairing but I get your point. I would love to trade Neuvirth and see Hart make team playing 25/30 starts. Don't want him to waste time in AHL but that is where Hexy will prob put him
Yeah, maybe Frost is a winger in the NHL the same way Konecny played center in juniors and then moved over, but that remains to be seen. Frost-Patrick-Jake would be fun as heck though. It's going to be interesting to see what happens if they don't get rid of Lehtera and/or Weise. I can't see Lindblom not making it. Same for Frost...seeing as how Konecny and Provorov made the team after the post-draft seasons they had, Frost (who is having as good, if not a better one) should, too. And I'm fairly convinced that Carter Hart isn't sniffing the NHL next year. He'll have just turned 20 when next season starts. They have 2 goalies, so unless he absolutely dominates in development and training camps, he'll play for the Phantoms.
