Noticing for the Bruins, specifically, some of the players positions can be edited.

Ryan Spooner = C, LW, RW. Has been playing RW for Boston in the top 6 and playing the best hockey of his NHL career there.

Danton Heinen = LW/RW. He played some center in college, but hasn't played the position since going professional. He's primarily been a LW and can play RW if needed.

Austin Czarik = C/RW. He has played RW for the Bruins when called up.

Sean Kuraly = C/LW. He has played LW before in Boston and Providence.

Anders Bjork = RW/LW. Doesn't play center at the professional level. Played primarily RW in college.

Frank Vatrano = LW (and maybe RW). Hasn't played center since going professional. Primarily a LW with some games played at RW.

Question:

Is there any way to add more specification for defenseman? Example below:

Zdeno Chara = LD

Charlie McAvoy = RD

There is a thread for changing player positions. For player positions we look at elite prospects and NHLs positions. I will look into these players and see if they have been updated.

Take a look at player pages. They show specific sides for defensemen. Below their name, it will say their team, followed by left/right defense.
