Description

Trade with the Canes to get the scoring RHD and a 4th line center. Canes get a young centerman that fits in their group plus a 6/7 dman, goalie prospect and a hard-working winger. Plus they lose Kruger contract

Free agent signings are to provide McDavid with veteran wingers and hopefully guys would can score. If Nash and Vbarta and Ryan can not be signed at those price points then center and a lwft winger would be my preference.

D should be solid with lots of depth with Gryba in the minors

You really think 2.5 mil is all for nash. He won't get 7 mil but someone gives him 4.5 maybe

I thought so will Bash because I believe Grabner will be in that range and work Nash he maybe in for a Lucic type season. I see him as a risky signing but one the Oilers would gamble on strictly to gain veteran presence in the top six and winger depth.
