Very reasonable. Although it might be a little too much to pay 7M for thoronton, but if that’s what it takes, it’s only 1 year

Would love to add Gallagher but not sure if that's enough. Also, not sure if that's enough $$$ and term for Carlson. i think he'll be getting around $7-7.5M for 6+ years but I'm guessing you are giving him a deal comparable to Shatty? (its semantics im just curious)

Shorter term than Shattenkirk’s contract, but also gives Carlson opportunity to play for another big contract while still in prime of his career (whereas he would be 32-33 at the end of a longer-term deal). Would have to believe he would sacrifice 1/2 years of term to come to a team on the upswing and one that is really close to contending.
