Looks to be a good team. You just gotta hope Darling bounces back and players like Teuvo and Aho can build on their play for next year and not fall back

That's a solid trade, but if you're willing to give those two players for Fabbri, you should give Montreal a call. Max would look good in Carolina red. Make a future pick conditional on Max re-signing.

Otherwise this looks really good, but I think you should invest a little for a 1C. Center department is somewhat lacking.

As a Blues fan I like the Fabbri trade, but you can totally sign him for less than that. I don’t even think he’ll get a million dollars this year. He’ll get a “prove it deal.”

I think that's a bit of an overpayment for a Fabbri that has barely played in 2 years. Injury concern has to factor into the cost.

When will teams realize, you still need good goal tending to win? Yeah yeah yeah I know Matt Murray and Cam Ward. What about the other years where guys like Crawford, Quick, Thomas won and were major contributing factors?

Just because a couple teams win a a cup without a super established goalie, doesn't mean anyone can slap their goalie into a playoff and expect to win.
