Certainly McCarron needs to get a 10% bump on his current salary or Habs lose his rights. Danault is fair. He really has had just the one good year. I think JT will get McDavid money, so slip him another $1M of the $3.6M of space you still have.

I would try Fleury with Petry and keep Alzner with Juulsen, they've looked good. Weber and Mete played well together

And you have enough cap to Raise McCarron to 950 000$, Tavares to 12 500 000$ and Danault to 3 500 000$ (If signed for 4-5 years).
And enough space to sign Valiev as your #7-8D
