1. Current system
2. Current system with even odds (everyone has a 1/15 chance at top pick, still only 3 lotteries run.
3. Lottery for every top 15 pick with weighted odds.
4. Lottery for every top 15 pick with even odds.
5. The wins-after-elimination-from-playoff-contention system with no lottery.
6. The wins-after-elimination-from-playoff-contention system with lottery.
7. 2011 system
8. 2012 system
9. 2013-15 system
10. No lottery just, reverse standings

In the middle of 1 and 2. I think they should still give the worse teams the better chance, but make it a little bit more even.

I'm basically for whatever lottery system best positions the teams who are the worst in terms of points. The current system is fine for that - but I strongly disagree with the idea of a.) no lottery and b.) setting up a point system for increasing odd chances when eliminated.

If a team values losing to better position themselves for the long term, that's up to them. Punishing a team like Arizona or Buffalo because they would have "watered-down" odds since they cannot compete within the same capacity of say St. Louis.
