Max for 2 first round picks -- one very late. Not the worst offer I've seen for Max. Flyers went way off the board to draft Frost. He was rated 72nd (ISS) and Philly took him 27th. Certainly putting up big #s in the Soo. Don't really know why he was rated so badly and is now so dominant.

I think the value is there that being said, I do not think Hextall would offer such a package. I think it would be a package like Morin, Rubstov and the worst of the two 1st rounders for Patches and a signed contract extension. I am pretty sure Montreal fans will say this is not nearly enough but Hexy is very patient with his young players and philly can just go out and sign Kane or JVR without losing anything if they want their much needed scoring winger

I don't think Hextall would give that much for Pacioretty, but he IS a really good fit for Philly as is Frost for Montreal. So you're on the right path. I like it!
