Does Montreal's 5th round pick from Edmonton now change to their 4th since Montoya has played 7 games?

The condition hasnt been met yet, Montoya has to play 7 games where he plays 30 minutes or more. While he has played 7 games, one of the games he played, he only managed to get 28 minutes of icetime
