Don’t know about Russell, Lucic, Larsson, Eriksson, Boyle, and Lundqvist, but the rest looks good. Lundqvist I feel gets the credit he deserves. But the rest of the players just aren’t that good and half of them are just overpaid.

malkin didnt make the nhl top 100.....i mean i cant think of a more insulting thing the nhl could do to a top 15 player all time.......

Boyle was an all-star. Russell, Lucic, and Eriksson are good players and people only think they're bad because of their contracts. This is about how good they are, and is nothing to do with their contracts.

The last paragraph made me like this post. I wanna see the Pens lose every game this season from now on (even though it's not gonna happen).

Not an Oilers fan but Lucic and Russell are on bad contracts, however many people think that that means they're not very good.

I know i'm gonna get a ton of people disagreeing with me on this, but i'll just say it: I think the Larsson-Hall trade was a win-win.

I know, he's struggling this year, and is on a terrible contract, but even though he's on a terrible contract, that doesn't mean he's not good.

I think you guys are misunderstanding a bit here. Everyone is saying how some of these guys aren't that good, while i disagree. That makes me think they're underrated.

Loui Eriksson used to be a good player, and sure he is still talented, because you don’t lose that overnight. But we’re talking about the guy who’s first goal as a Cunuck was mid season and on his own net. Boyle was a shoe in for the All-Star game because it HAD to be someone from New Jersey, and a forward. So you have Nico Hichier, Palmeri, and Boyle. Palmeri is good, but he isn’t an all-star, Nico is the one I would have picked but what do I know. Boyle is a good player, but he isn’t underrated, and the all-star game has no relevance, as he got in over a rookie, and the NHL was most likely throwing him a bone over all the stuff he’s been through the past little while.

No William Karlsson? Challenging for the Richard this year and most people have never heard of him.

I'd add Anders Lee, Blake Wheeler and Taylor Hall, too. Barkov? Perron? Stone?

Can you be underrated making $5M or more? There are 160 players $5M or more putting them in the top 10% of all NHL players. I think getting paid that kind of money playing well is excepted.
