If Rangers sign Tavares, maybe Zibanjejad gets traded for cap purposes an young replacements.

I like the ideas, but I don't think Trocheck, Zibanejad, or Staal are actually going to be available. Out of the others, Backstrom starts with Thomas and Kyrou, and I'm not too sold on Anisimov. That leaves RNH, who could be a nice fit. I wonder what his price would be in relation to Galchenyuk. I'd target the lesser of the two.

Coming from a Rangers fan, you’re overpaying for Zibenajad. Even though there’s a lot coming from St. Louis’ end, I still wouldn’t accept that.
Here’s why: Berglund has scored 52 points once in 2011 and then the most he scored after that was 38 points. He’s also injury prone. Robby Fabbri is a decent prospect but plays poor defense and has 66 points total in 123 games. Kostin is a good prospect and I’d take him. The Winnipeg 1st will probably be between 26-31st overall so it’s not very intriguing. The St.Louis first for next year will probably be between 20-24 because I don’t think they’ll choke as hard next season.
A trade that I think would be good is Zibenajad, Zuccarello, Vesey and a 2nd for Parayko, Schwartz and Jaskin Most of the other trades are good but personally I wouldn’t accept the Zibenajad trade

You're wild. Parayko and Schwartz? Truly wild.

Well Zibenajad is our number one center so expecting the Rangers to give him up for two picks a good prospect and two ok roster players is just as wild.

Right, but he's really more of an elite 2nd center. Schenn is a little better than Mika and Schenn got 2 1sts and a cap dump.

Yes but the Flyers didn’t value Schenn that much. The Rangers value Mika a lot because they see him as a first line center

They might. But I can promise you the Blues (and probably everyone else) would value Schwartz + Parayko more.

I guess you’re right but the way I see it is Zibenajad for Parayko would be a fair trade. And Zuuc Vesey and a second would add up to Schwartz, (not 100% sure it would be fair)

That isn't the value of Schwartz. Schwartz is arguably the blues best player, he's an elite playmaker who is one of the better defensive forwards. Zucc is 30, Vesey is pretty underwhelming and a 2nd? That's pretty insulting lol.

As for Parayko, that isn't equal value. I could see Parayko fetching someone like Leon Draisaitl who is far better than Mika.
