    1. Rasmus Andersson- been a minute muncher in Stockton also has been very productive with 38 points and an all-star nod. Should be an every day NHLer next season. Seen comparisons to him as a poor mans Drew Doughty. Only issue has been his conditioning, which he has been working on

    2. Juuso Valimaki- last years 1st round pick has been a p/g guy in the WHL the past 2 seasons. Very solid player, almost made the Flames out of training camp. Should make a solid push for a spot next season. Seen comparisons of his production in junior to Mikhail Sergachev's.

    3. Adam Fox- small undersized, but one of the best D in college hockey. Very offensive and a good puck mover which is what you want in a D these days. Some wonder if he will sign with CGY, but he still has 2 years of college eligibility yet, it's still a ways off. He reminds me a bit of Ryan Ellis.

    4. Dillon Dube- local kid, having a massive year in the WHL with 84 points in 53 NHL games. Versatile, can play either wing or C. Proven leader as he captained Canada to gold at the WJC. Not sure what is upside is at this level, a comparable I think may be a Michael Frolik, a versatile forward that can play anywhere in your lineup.

    5. Tyler Parsons- goalie prospects are such a garbage-shoot. Anyway Parsons has all the tools, intense competitiveness, amazing flexibility. His style of play is very similiar to Jonathan Quick. Having a tough rookie pro year, but he has also bounced around a lot. Next season I expect him to be even better. Also a proven winner with a memorial cup and WJC gold.

    6. Andrew Mangiapane- scoring machine in junior with Barrie, also has been very productive with Stockton, 41 points last season and 46 points this season which has been ended by injury. Got a cup of coffee in Calgary this season with 10 games but resulted in 0 points. Next season will be really telling of what he is at the NHL level. I think he may be a "tweener" too good for the AHL, but not quite an everyday NHLer. However too early to right him off .

    7. Jon Gillies- he was pretty good when Smith was injured. But with Rittich passing him on the depth chart and Parsons coming, I'm not sure what the future in CGY looks like for him. With a lack of draft picks, he could be used as an asset in a trade this summer.

    8. Oliver Kylington- 3 years of AHL experience under his belt at the age of 20. Has seen improvements in his point totals in each season, with 30 thus far this season. However with Andersson, Valimaki and Fox ahead of him on the depth chart along with CGY's current D core, I'm not sure how much of a future there is for him in CGY. His style of play reminds me a bit of TJ Brodie

    9. Spencer Foo- highly sought after college UFA, started off slow in Stockton. Has been on fire of late though, currently has 35 points and will surpass the 20 goal mark as an AHL rookie. Especially impressive IMO since Stockton's top line Jankowski-Hathaway-Mangiapane have all spent time in the NHL, he has played most of the season with lesser players. He's always been a late bloomer even in College. He may be a darkhorse to push for a spot next year

10 Morgan Klimchuk- 2013 1st rounder got into his first career game back in February. He's a late bloomer too, but has been a productive player in Stockton. He's a smart 2 way player, has been fairly productive in the AHL, but I think tops out as a bottom 6 guy at the NHL level

Very accurate list. Wouldnt surprise me if they got rid of some players this off season to recover some picks and actually give valimaki or kylington as well as andersson mangiapane and maybe even foo a chance to play every day next year.

Also wouldnt surprise me if they package fox as part of a deal to land a big fish for the reason you stated of not signing him yet. Fox is wanted very much league wide.

Do you think the Flames are ready to part with Kylington? I have a feeling he's not exactly a good fit. As you said, other players above him in the chart, and he's also been in the A' for 3 years. He's ready to move on.

From a MTL fan's perspective, I've been eyeing him for over a year.

I think they would definitely entertain the idea of moving him. Only reason he's spent 3 years in the AHL is because he started right after he was drafted. But yeah I think he's been passed on the depth chart and is now expendable

Excellent summary and darn near spot on rankings.

Personally have Dube ahead of Fox, at least for the next 4 years.

Also think that Gawdin deserves a spot up there somewhere.

CGY ought to hang Kylington out there for trade in a package for scoring help. @We_Want_The_Cup -- what's the price for Gallagher if Kylington is involved?
