you want to send a 30 goal scorer to a team within our division? makes no sense. If you are adamant on trading Patch, send him out west, in Western Conference.

A) If you cannot get Tavares, why don't you continue to rebuild? Continue to get guys in the upcoming drafts and develop talent.
B) While I think Perron would be a good signing for MTL in the short term, 6 years at that cap hit is a little to high for me. 2-3 years seems more appropriate.
C) The only way you make the Pacioretty trade with the Bruins is if you send another later round pick to the bruins (3rd or 4th) and ensure pacioretty signs an extension. I still do not think Bruins would even make that trade anyway.
