Description

Trade 1: The Capitals would add some extra players to help them finally win a cup. How would they take all that cap? Well there's always "cap" space in Washington.
Trade 2: Tampa Bay decides that NY is a better place for hockey than TB ... the Rangers should have players to play games, so TBL decides to help them as they are an original 6 team and they want them to keep the team. Tampa Bay folds the franchise, but before doing that, they give all their players to the Rangers.
This makes NYR a cup contender, lol.
