I believe that this is a big get for Arizona who has relied upon Stepan to do everything and he cant, Hayes will provide a solid 2C for them and possibly explode offensively with likes of Crouse and Strome and Dvorak and other young talent surrounding him. Domi is a fish out of water in Arizona and needs a change of scenery.

Domi has a bigger upside that Hayes. If I'm AZ, I say no and that's if there is no pick included.
