Djoos outscored Fleury up through the trade deadline. May still be ahead. Neither plays much defense yet. That would be an interesting training camp battle, and probably make Johansen expendable, or at least keep him on the right side (where he's been, in Hershey, most of this year).

Lindholm and a 1st and Fleury for Holtby seems like fair value. Have to wait out the playoffs to see if he's available, but after a first round exit, this could be really tempting. I like that Lindholm can play center and is a bit of a playmaker. If you could convince Fleury to turn right handed, that would get you five stars.

Burakovsky for a 2nd, I'm not sure... He's overpaid for his point totals this year, but those will go back up soon. He's a talented goal scorer getting no power play time, and mostly stuck in a bottom six role. Recent first round pick. Pretty quick, skilled. Plays well with Kuznetsov. Only gets traded on here if team is over the cap.

Technically, I could swap Fleury to Trevor Van Riemsdyk. He is a RHD and I think around the same value.

....'around.' Yeah. TVR's probably a better fit for Washington, right now. Not the same value, but close enough to make up with something Carolina wouldn't miss.
