I wouldn't say that. Tokarski and Muse are there for the AHL help, and, should the Flyers want to keep them around, they can sign them to AHL-only contracts. Elliott and Neuvirth aren't the future of this organization, and it remains to be seen if they'll be here after 2019. It could be that the only goalies in the organization past 2019 are Mrázek, Lyon, Stolarz, Hart, and Sandström, which is a perfectly reasonable number of goalies to have. Besides, if Hart isn't the lord and savior that the Flyers are looking for in net, it's good to have more raffle tickets and potentially hit on one of them.
