Danault you over pay because he's playing top 6 when hes' really a third line bulk faceoffs center .
MTL always does this because for 28 years now finding centers willing to stay here and play under this pressure has been nearly impossible .
the money motivates them to not Mike Rebeiro it and just phone it in . (Chucky was caught going down this road as MTL until they nearly doubled his salary on a bridge deal now no more booze incidents or cops called just practice and hard work )

good it was sarcasm because MTL needs a Center like Vlardi not wingers who combined couldnt hit a 50 % win rate or take 100 faceoffs (or atleast they havent this year anyways but maybe they will in the next 9 games lol

Toffoli on his own LA would probably say no to.

From a Montreal standpoint though, you need a full 6th line there just to compete in the Ahl...

Not a single 1st line talent.
No top 9 centre, and 6 bottom pairing or worse D.

Price is going to earn that money though.
