After Twin Cup. . . . .Another one

Created by: Doug7004

Description
After Twin Cup in 2018/19, Leafs reset, resign their young core, and find enough to strengthen down the middle! Lots of cap room going forward as in 20/21 more than $16M should be available! Don't think that's enough for the kids, remember they're dealing with LOU, and if they don't like it, they could find themselves on the Island. . . . . or worse. . . . MONTREAL!

First the Sedins, now Pavelski, Vermette, and Hainsey. The training staff is gong to have be supplied with Grecian Formula.

Pal: only started this and the original post as all I seemed to see yesterday was posts bringing in The Twins at $6-7M per so I thought let's have a chuckle! We still might need to find a bridge until we find and fit a true 3rd center. I'm obviously in the camp of keeping Willy on the wing, aside Matthews. . . . They continue to get better.

Agree with that the Leafs need to find that # 3C centre. Might even be Bozak. Willie can be the emergency offensive centre, but he and Nylander should be together. Having Marner at RHD on PP has been a surprisingly brilliant move. Thanks for the chuckle, though I thought for awhile you had gone mad.

Now wondering about you. . . . MARNER SCARES ME BACK THERE! He'll look good though on RW beside TAVARES! LOL I hear Eichel's available!

HI Doug. Marner doesn't scare me when he has the puck. It will be interesting when Marchand and Bergeron, the two PKs bearing down on him on 2 on 1 or Marner and Gardiner defending (yikes)
Eichel, where ever he goes to will probably have to money back to the Sabres. Really I can't see him leaving the yet, the Sabres still got to give their fans hope.
But I said early in the season, Eichel and Price must have had "signers" regret. Sure they got super big money, but do they really want to be with Sabres and Canadians long term.
