top 9=scary good (hopefully)

Description
Only going off things I have heard and that is pens shopping for a top 6 to possibly have kessel playing 3rd line. Yeah it sounds ridiculous but if you think about it, it actually could work. He would have his own line like he has had for majority of his career. Doesn't have to worry about forcing the puck to Crosby or malkin like he has a tendency to do. And he would have pretty favorable matchups. But hey, it worked in 09 why not try it again. Just a thought. don't need anyone bashing my attempt at an idea lol.

I like it but I wouldn't leave Kessel on that line the whole game I'd switch lines up threw out the game and let him play with 87, 71, lines here and there

I agree with Crieder aswell. I made a similar armchair GM. It's an interesting concept. An elite forward on all 3 lines.

If only pens would have signed panarin instead of plotnikov this type of lineup could have happened already and pens would probably be in the top 3 in the east no doubt
