Is this assuming the Oilers win a top 3 slot..? Cause currently Wings are below Oil in the standings so that trade would be Wings trading down and giving up stuff

I thought it worked by salary cap which makes Nuge in the four lines. I guess sorry but try to model a team if you make a trade and show how they help the team.

Actually 5th and 27th is almost enough for 2nd over all, much less adding Nyquist for the 3rd over all..

If the Oilers land Boqvist (Comparable to Karlsson) with the 5th pick, I'd be fine.
