3. Players contract must be no less then $1,000,000
4. No retired player such as the Sedin twins and Patrick Sharp
5. No ELC's
6. One players at $10,000,000
7. Banned players: Jonathan Marchessault, William Karlsson, Yanni Gourde, Joel Edmundson, Jason Zucker, Colin Miller, Josh Manson, and Patrick Kane
8. Must have either Connor McDavid, Jonathan Toews, Evgeni Malkin, P. K. Subban, or Alex Ovechkin.
9. Only UFAs
10. No less or more then 20 players.

There are RFA's in here when there shouldn't be, other then that, looks good.
