Si Edm fait jouer RnG à l'aile, alors pourquoi pas le remplacer par Pacioretty ? Petry et tout ces choix pour leurs premier choix.. ça se vaut je crois!

Who would you draft with the 1st pick from EDM? Noah Dobson would be later in the first IMO.

I actually don't mind this trade at all. As long as the 1st Round pick isn't a top 3 selection.

By getting 2 top 10, it could be Hughes and Wahlstrom, Boqvist and Veleno, Tkatchuk and Smith...
The point is to get a F and a D. Dobson is high in the rankings, and Bergevin went to see him a few times (looks like Weber to him ahaha)

My favorite part here is EDM top 10... RNG would still be our 1st center.

I like the top-10 pick too, but i don't like RNH...i'd rather have Klefbom or Yamamoto. Rnh would battle with Danault for the best center i bet, but he'd still be an upgrade i guess.

Some player never get mentions in trade talk and end up getting traded too...idk i just don't like RNH, wouldn't fit well in MTL.

Not much other centers available too frown
Whats nice is that he'll never be a burden. Good contract, 50pts and more if well used.

That's true. However I don't agree he'll battle with Danault. RNG has a socring history, picked 1st overall... He was supposed to be a 1C. Maybe in MTL he'd finally be!
Anyway! Happy most of you liked the idea.

I know what you mean, but I think RNH with Drouin and Chunk can be a very good Number 1 line! RNH has the skill, a true Center, with a friendly contract

I don't think EDM would go for it... Let say Pacc +2nd = RNH
Petry & 2nd wont give you a 9OA pick (Whalstrom)... don't forget Petry played there before and he won't remove in NMC to return back!

Whalstrom won't play NHL next year as he has one year left at NCAA.
I suggest running after Statsny as a 1st C & keeping RNH 2C.

I really dont mind it at all but change the 2020 2nd round pick to WSH 2018 2nd and it's a deal also dont see how RNH would fight danult for first line centre that's hilarious that would never happen RNH is play better then danult is a natural centre and would thrive in MTL

Counter offer j petry 1.5 million retained sherbak and Montreal 2018 second round pick and Chicago 2nd round pick

Petry not waving for EDM is true. But he didn't know Mcdavid would end up there wink
As for Wahlstrom, we might wait for just 1 year, but we never know. MTL has C and RW spots for him! I'm sure he'd fit in our current line up.

So you want Sherbak instead of Pacioretty ? Sure! I'd even retain 2M on Petry if you want! Give you me your pick and RNH now. hehe

The 2020 pick was if Pacioretty don't extend his contract, so its the 2019 pick that I would swap. Anw, thats details..
