For all intensive purposes Toffoli is a younger Pacioretty. Maybe he doesn't have as many goals as he does but he has playoff experience and is younger to make up for it. Lets just assume Pacioretty for Toffoli and that conditional 3rd/4th cancel out.

Fucale is worth almost nothing. If any team really wants him, just wait a couple more years when MTL doesn't offer to resign him as an RFA and sign him for free.

Now its a 2nd, 3rd, Cond 2nd, 3rd for Vilardi, Clague.....

If Pacioretty had 39 goals last year and the Habs made the playoffs, then you could make an argument that he could be worth what you asking but Pacioretty had the worst season of his career and is a UFA next year.

Who are we trying to convince? Other people or ourselves? MB should of traded Pacioretty the same year he moved Subban. He would of got a very nice package back. Or maybe something like Zach Parise.......
