Very interesting. May have to give a bit more for Tyler Johnson though.

Only changes I would make is changing the year to 2018-19 and Galchenyuk as a winger

Tampa has one more year before all their contracts expire, i dont see why the would move a top 6 forward right now

Yeah but the first can't be the 12th... Even with that, we can't let Chucky going away for that... If we're including him in a trade, it's for a 1C or a LHD that can play with Weber

If we were to trade him for a pick, it would have to be a top 8, so we can draft one of the available between Boqvist, Hughes, Bouchard,Wahlstrom.

It makes more sens without #2 and NYI #12 pick... as Galchenyuk was 3OA hitting easily 50pts+ without a real center.
Imagine the day he will have a 1C with him... 30G/70pts.
And No for Panik... put Domi for an immediate NHLers for him.
= Domi + 12OA for Chucky

Tampa Bay is not looking to get younger. They are looking to win and trading a core player for a prospect that isn't NHL ready is a bad idea. Maybe if they were getting a replacement for say Coburn or Girardi in the deal. A backup goalie that's better than Domingue would be nice too.

Johnson's NTC kicks in on July 1st. Now or never if they want to move him, otherwise he's locked in for the next 6 years.

Thank you, now these trades i keep seeing make sense, unless they keep him for 6 years and move someone without ntc after next season instead for cap space
