Nyquist is good player, just an odd fit for MN. They already have too many same or better LHS wings so he would slot in on the 3rd line I guess. He's expensive cap hit and will cost more in trade than MN would spend on a projected 3rd liner for them.

It's a hard trade to make work unless it comes at the TDL next season.

Very true, he would be expensive for 3rd line, but yeah maybe trade deadline deal.

Im really thinking he ends up in Nashville though, they had interest in him before, and i think the wings were stuck in "maybe we can make the playoffs" mode, so they didnt trade him.

With the way the Jets team is eating small players and pooping them out this Playoffs, I don't think Nyquist ends up in the Central next season. I think EDM would make a push to get him as a rental.

No doubt, Big Buff is so tough against the smaller guys, he ragdolled Spurgeon several times through out the series.

I do think the Pacific will need to evolve to match Vegas and SJ, they play fast and it seems the bulky pacific teams cant keep up, Edmonton is almost there, so yeah they might be a good fit for Goose.
