Your saying Amry will trade every prospect for a bunch of rentals? And Jake Allen is better than Robin Lehner.

Solid improvement from what we look like right now. I think the value is probably there for all of the trades, you might be a little short on Gallagher based on his impressive stat line last year. Realistically, Tampa won't need to shed salary until 2019-20, and they'd have a much better chance at winning the cup with TJ than with those three players. Besides, they're so stacked, I don't know how they'd find room for 2 extra forwards given their current situation. They'd be better off to wait another year and then sell off someone like Johnson for picks and replace him internally with Cirelli, Stephens, Raddysh, etc.

Not sure about Allen being better. Neither one is a quality starter and Lehner has played behind way worse defenses.
Johnson and Hoffman aren't rentals, but not sure if I'd trade for Johnson. Hoffman I would consider. Fabbri, Thompson and 2nd though. Not kostin

He got rid of a ton but he kept Thomas, Kyrou, Foley, Walman, and some others, and he made age-appropriate improvements that would deepen the current core so that we can compete with guys like Tarasenko, Pietrangelo, Schwartz, etc. in their prime and not have to wait for 5-6 teenagers to develop into players. If it were possible, I'd be all for something like this.

Allen and Lehner is probably a matter of opinion considering Lehner has had to stop pucks in front of a dismal team for most of his career. The bigger problem with Lehner is I think we'd have to qualify him at 4m or he would become a UFA... so we're not saving money, but we would possibly be into Lehner for one fewer year than we are for Allen, depending on his contract.

With the emergence of Point, TJ is basically a 3C now and I think TB would rather have 3 potential 3rd liners for cheap rather than a $5 million 3rd line center. Thompson has great potential and the other two would be 3/4 liners

Basically my whole plan is to keep Thomas, Kyrou, Walkman and Husso. I’m not too high on Kostin. Thompson I believe will be a 20/25 goal scored with limited assists. Similar to Berglund. Other than that, yes I wanted players with similar age primes as our core

Right now TJ and Point split center time in the same line so they're basically a tandem now
