I don't even get it... What was he mad about? What did he want the whistle for? His own player is the one that ran him... If he was so badly hurt that he had to stop play, why did he immediately get back to his face and go back to the crease? Or why did he not acknowledge the ref that was clearly checking on him when play went back up the ice?

He waited until the puck was coming back his way to start calling for a whistle, but why would any ref stop play for him then?
