Make me an offer for Eric Staal

Created by: MNBassman
Team: 2018-19 Minnesota Wild
Initial Creation Date: May 11, 2018
Published: May 11, 2018
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Because I believe the Wild need more of a rebuild than a "tweak" I am entertaining offers for him this off-season. What would you (your team) be willing to give up for Eric Staal? And, what you you (your team) re-sign him for?

I’m a Sabres fan so a C is our last need, but you should have no issues getting a 1st, A prospect, a 2/3, and a conditional. And by A prospect I mean a top50 prospect in the league. Staals cap hit, recent production and position make him really valuable. Minny should absolutely trade him this offseason.

Mock trade would be STL giving up WPG 1st, Kyrou, a 2nd, and a conditional 2019 2nd if Staal plays in 70G.

Make it your 2018 1st round pick and I'll think about it.
