Might be the 1971/72 Toronto Marlboros. The NHL had 14 teams I believe and they had six players drafted in the first round.
Billy Harris, Steve Schutt, Bob Dailey, Dave Gardner and George Ferguson (was there another?)
A few years later, the Brandon Wheat Kings had four first rounders selected, Brian Propp, Laurie Boschman, Ray Allsiion and Brad McCrimmon.
But back before the entry draft in 1967, the junior teams had players on their teams till the age of 20 (or 21). They weren't kids but many of the team were men. Some of junior teams in the 50s and 60s had half their teams as future NHLers. The junior teams back then were club owned and may of these players had been owned by their NHL teams since they were young teens.
