Every single trade here is lopsided in the Coyotes favor, except the Vancouver trade. You aren’t getting a top 6 power forward for taking Orpik’s contract for only one year.

LMAO Tom Wilson is NOT a top 6F. The guy is nothing more than a 3rd liner. Also, please elaborate how "every single trade is lopsided in ARI favour"

OEL does not command 3OA. Maybe top 10 pick but not top 3. Vancouver and Chicago trades are good. I think you could get more for Domi. The future considerations would have to be high to command a 3rd and Ennis from Minny. Wilson has potential to be top 6 forward. He can in ARZ. The trade should be Wilson and Orpik for a 2nd, probably VAN’s.

Ennis is a cap dump for MIN, no way they are getting high future considerations for that.

How are they still in Arizona? Surprised you don't know the answer DD. It's the twenty year vision of Emperor Bettman, that the his Kingdom known as the NHL will have a US National TV contract. All NHL owners will be so rich investing in a franchise. There will be a NHL team in all 50 states. I'm actually surprised that the NHL Board of Governors hasn't put a team in Phoenix and Glendale, after all there are two arenas.

It's pretty pathetic when Vegas already matched their best showing and looks to have a better fanbase.

Imagine OEL and Weber playing together? Still a no? Zadina has a very small sample size to look at which should scare you.

I have seen OEL traded for multiple 1st+ and I think MTL needs immediate scoring help. OEL does that. Everyone has potential to be a top 6F but Wilson was put on the big line this year and still produced as a 3rd liner. That should tell you something.

It is just oel is a free agent next year so not worth the risk. What if it became the modern gomez for mcdonagh

Although Montreal needs de defensive help, they should ind that without trading a 1st that can pan out into Zadina or Tkachuk. Heck maybe hey go with Hughes or Bouchard with that pick a get defense. Wilson is better than Fischer at this point of time. In all honesty I don’t see Washington giving him up in the first place

OEL is not equivalent to a top 3 pick in this draft. Saad is better than Domi. And suggesting Wilson isn’t a top 6 forward when he’s been playing first line minutes and top PK time on a team in the ECF since January is absolutely ludicrous. Caps will not give up Wilson to get rid of Orpik when he only has one year left on his deal. It’s terrible asset management.

OEL has been stuck playing in ARI for a long time now and I don't think the Habs are as bad as they played this year. Injuries to Price and Weber are a huge deal. I think you could get OEL to sign an extension or have a sign and trade in place.

LMFAO!! Just because you play top line minutes doesn't mean you are a top line player...remind me how Wilson did this year? Moving Orpick helps the Caps re-sign Carlson. Who would you rather have, Wilson or Carlson? MTL should want to win now and none of those guys you listed will help that IMO. Or if they don't want to win now, boy that should make Price mad! I see another Roy moment in the making.

Leafs played a game in Phoenix last December 29th. Thought the arena would be filled with Phoenix fan....maybe young folks coming to see hometown boy Austen Matthews, during schoo break. No the arena was 3/4 full only and 75% of those fans were Leafs fans. I don't why the NHL owners have continued to support this money pit.

The caps can afford to re-sign Carlson even with both Orpik and Wilson on the roster. And wow, you have a thing for making an ass of yourself on here.

Just stating the facts. Wilson, 35 pts playing with Ovie and Kuznetsov...ya that is 1st line production!

Just stating the facts. Wilson, 35 pts playing with Ovie and Kuznetsov...ya that is 1st line production!

Again, he was not playing on the first line all year and has gotten no power play time. And... https://www.capfriendly.com/armchair-gm/team/692421

We don’t need Arizona for cap relief. Wilson and Orpik can stay put, as can Carlson smile

You are awfully close to the cap there...and some of those contracts are on the low side. Most teams also carry 23 roster players.

LMAO Tom Wilson is NOT a top 6F. The guy is nothing more than a 3rd liner.

If you haven't watched him play recently, then you shouldn't be trading for him on CF. And if you have watched him play, you would see that he has been nothing short of excellent offensively with Ovechkin and Kuznetsov since joining their line. A few bad penalties, a lot of big hits, and unquestionable offensive skill. Caps will not be trading him this offseason.

Not a single one of these trades make any sense at all. Terrible and biased.
