Agree, but he's still better than what MTL has, and for what they are giving up, they are doing pretty well here.

Only way BUF agrees is if the pick is top-5 otherwise the value is way off. And then if the pick is top-5 it's a huge loss for us.

Wow. I like the creativity here. If I am Buffalo, I don't think I want to do this deal. They are not getting enough to replace ROR and Scandella. Russell and Petry are not worth it to me. Edmonton and Montreal should be happy. Needs tweaking but I like the idea.

Petry is better than Scandella and in the short run yes they lose out with ROR being replaced with Byron, but i think Yamamoto makes up for it and can step in, this year or next, on Eichels line and be his Johnny Gaudreau

im coming from Buffalo's perspective and I dont expect it to be a top 5 pick. I like how now everyone thinks RORs value is so high when ACGMs were offering Petry Lindgren and a first straight up for ROR a week ago
