Description
#1 Centers aint cheap. This trade would give Calgary a top 6 RW and a top 5 pick in this year’s draft.

Edmonton is going to be in cap hell. This is a staight up hocky trade that gives the Oil a bonafide #1 RHd and some Cap relief.

Tkachuk is a smart enough player that he could easily play his off wing. Signing Kane and finally giving Bennett some talented line mates could make this a truly scary line.

Ow Backlund and Frolik can be a true #3 defensive line with some scoring punch from Ferland.

That is what I love about this site - everyone thnks they are going to get what they need for bit and pieces and spare parts. What exactly do you thiink you would have to pay for a 24 year old #1 RHD who score 45-55 pts a year and is under contrct for under 6M?

Hahaha you are comparing Hamilton to a D that has only scored more than 20 pts once in his career?(a whopping 24) I admit you got hosed in that trade but to compare this trade to that debacle is borderline ridiculous.
