I have an abundance of 2019 6ths yet don’t have a single 2020 5th, hence why I would like to make such a move

you'd have to cover the transfer fee. but after that wed be looking at something like Kane (@50%)+ or Schmaltz+. The best aggresive power forward in the game isnt going to come cheap
