Not bad Edmonton deal, but that anahiem is another story. Silverberg put up 40 points in 77 while skinner put up 49 in 82 which isn't much better and they are 1 year apart. No way Anahiem will give up a 1st for a person that puts up maybe 5-6 points more than the other.

First thing Carolina should focus on is improving on darling, TVR/Cole/Carrick/Mckeown are all 3rd pairing players, however a top 3 of slavin/hanafin/pesce isnt bad at all. I think the top 9 look great 4th line is meh...

Giving up alot for Draisaitl, but you gotta give to get.

dont think the ducks will add a 1st to silfverberg for skinner.
all in all not bad!
Id like to see the Canes do well next year

Don't see this as the package Oilers would want in return on Draisaitl. Faulk, Lindholm and #2 is more like it 3rd pairing PP specialist, 2nd line winger, and high pick for #1C isn't too far fetched

You may want to consider goal totals not points, Skinner is a pure goal scorer and has scored over twice as many as Silfverberg. Both SoCal teams fail to score enough goals and with their complimentary players, Skinner can get back to his 30+ goal form. It’s not quite as far fetched as it may seem upon cursory glance.

As a canes fan, I don’t think we should give up so much for Draisaitl given his contract

8.5M for top line center is reasonable especially in years to come

He is well worth his contract and you get rid of rask contract which is way too much for him
