    Five stars with wanting O'Reilly.
I do not think you want him badly enough. A 2nd, a draft flop and a good young center (who has not come close to duplicating his 1st year) just will not get Botterill to pull the trigger.

You should really watch some coyote games before commenting like you know their players. Domi isn't a center and Strome tore it up in his first season in the AHL last season and his end of season NHL call up.

Dylan Strome lit up the A in his first season and got called up mid season, he looked very good

Goligoski is better than Staal and Schnarr is a decent prospect for a rebuilding NYR team that should be looking to dump old bad contracts. Idk how many offers they would get for him to start. I doubt they are competitive before that contract expires though

Nyr may want to dumb contracts yes but in the state they are in including the announcement of a rebuild they are losing value getting rid of shattenkirk who has a great contract for nyr and they all end at the same time. They have lots of prospects that need 1-2 more years to develop so during this time keeping the roster mostly the same is better unless they get a good prospect out of this trade then nyr have no need.
