That's really good. I actually like that a lot.! Larkin is more valuable than Faulk so the picks work themselves out and you can draft either another forward with top 6 potential or a D-man to replace Faulk. Either way it's awesome.

I would think that Detroit fans would not want to trade Larkin. Hence this trade. But I like it.

Correct I'm a wings fan and 90% of us consider Larkin untouchable. Mantha and AA + 2nd round pick for 2oa and fleury

I don’t see why CAR would trade this for 2 forwards. They have a lot of good forward prospects and really only need steady goaltending. This makes no sense for them.

Fine we don't need the 2OA that bad then, Detroit's not in position to get rid of young talent like Larkin unless they can draft a better player then him. And right now Detroit needs all the C help they can get especially after this year when Z probably retires.

Wrong if you look at the combined points by both Larkin and Reinhart both have 140 points in their last 3 seasons. So it's a wash.
